• You must maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must ensure your agents use their accounts responsibly

4. Payments & Subscription

If you choose a paid plan:

• All subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated
• Taxes (GST) may apply
• UPI or payment gateway charges depend on the provider
• Your account will renew automatically unless cancelled

5. Data Ownership

You own the customer, loan, deposit, or collection data you upload. We only store and process it to provide the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service in cases like maintenance, outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Money Collection is not liable for:

• Losses due to misuse of your account
• Incorrect customer or loan data entered by you
• Third-party service issues (SMS, UPI, hosting)
• Any indirect, incidental, or business losses

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies, misuse services, or engage in illegal activities.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled in courts under applicable jurisdiction.
